Here, the culinary experience unfolds like a local story, rooted in hearty, thoughtfully crafted flavors that mirror the rhythms of Maine’s seasons. The menu invites discovery through dishes that feel familiar yet fresh—whether it’s a delicately spiced fish taco, a bowl of clam chowder with generous chunks of clam, or a hand-battered shrimp that manages to be both rich and light. The balance of spice, sweetness, and richness found in offerings like the beet salad or the Autumn-inspired cocktails speaks to a place attentive to detail and seasonality.
The mood is unpretentious and inviting, with servers who guide you gently through the highlights without pressure, making it easy to settle into the moment—be it a cozy lunch overlooking the lake or an afternoon spent on the deck as the light shifts toward evening. What a delicious lunch! I love the variety of Autumn cocktails, and particularly liked the haddock, in the fish tacos and the fish and chips. Don’t miss out on the gingerbread dessert. Lovely scenery. Incredible.

Best food, best server and best view! Must visit in Rangeley! Server gave us good suggestions and we ordered bowl of clam chowder in cold weather it was perfect! It was not too thick and buttery, loved the consistency and generous amount of clam pieces. Then we got fish tacos and beet salad, both were amazing! Tacos were nice and spicy, salad had great amount of sweetness and acidity and very fresh! We ended with coffee and homemade ginger bread cake with whip cream and it was to die for! I asked for hot water and she got me kettle and lemons. We enjoyed all our meal with frozen lake view! What else you want

Fantastic Thursday afternoon on the deck! Got the lobster roll special and the haddock cakes special. Both excellent! Poutine also a tasty starter!

Great view of the lake for lunch. Would definitely use the outside seating if weather was nice.

Good GLUTEN FREE option, desserts too. Staff is knowledgeable and the food was good. Not many GF choices in the area so ended up going back again. I got the lobster roll which wasn't over flowing by any means and the clam chowder with was very good but very watery though the flavor was there. Next trip I got the steak which was over cooked but still good

Wow. I just finished eating a warm piece of wild blueberry pie. It was phenomenal. Also, dinner was delicious. I had the baked haddock and it was amazing. Sweet potato fries were delicious too and I'm picky with my fries. Everyone enjoyed their meals very much. Glad we found this place!

Some of the BEST poutine I've ever tried!! Staff is courteous and efficient. The food came out fast, the place is clean, the atmosphere is fun. Definitely family friendly. It does get very busy, so get there early to get a table. We tried twice before we were able to get a table. Worth the wait though. Beautiful view out the back window and I bet the large deck in the back would be awesome in the summer.
